Able Housing Services Corp’s services are tailored for Nonprofit Organizations, Real Estate Investors, Small Businesses, Government Agencies, and Transportation Companies, Marketing Agencies, and Software Development Companies.

Our Goal is to offer Affordable Housing Services for the Participants we serve:

Housing Referrals

We partner with local hospitals, shelters, substance abuse centers, domestic violence centers, and local/state/federal agencies for housing placements.

Birth Certificate and ID Services

If there’s a need of applying for birth certificates, you have come to the right place.  We assist in getting birth certificates and ID’s within a fraction of the time.

Child Support Services
We assist individuals in navigating and applying for child support services as needed. AHSC helps organizations who serve those needing child support assistance.
Employment Services
We assist in placing your clients in notable employer environments to gain more experience and provide work.
Transportation
Transportation to and from appointments is provided and/or referred to our partners as needed.
Case Management

We provide ongoing case management and support for your clients. We keep records, provide weekly reports, site visits, assess current situation, create case management plans, & more.

Property Management
We provide property management services for your properties. This includes cleaning, tenant management, billing, repairs, maintenance, screening, pest control, and more. Yes, Able Housing Services Corp offers below market rates so you can keep your expenses to a minimum without sacrificing quality.
IT and Software Application Services (I.T.S.A.S)
Able Housing Services Corp develops custom, useful applications for the nonprofit community. We accept invoicing and payment plans for products above $1500.00.
Unsheltered Kits
Purchase a kit today for your organization or ours. These kits contain all of the necessities for 30 days of housing. These kits are so well received by the participants that this is one of the main items that they look forward to when they enter a program.

Participant Acknowledgment

1. We do Assessment/Intake.
2. We check for availability and collect entry fee on https://ablehsc.org. Click the Donate tab.
3. Move into temporary housing.
4. Complete the weekly tasks that consist of ANY of the program areas: Housing, Finance, Food, Health and Wellness, Education, Work, Transportation, Disaster Assistance. You complete tasks by reaching out and discussing what you’ve done. You must do this for at least 30 days and make progress. Upon availability, you will go to the next step.
5. Move into transitional housing and continue to work on specific program tasks and complete assessment with case manager.
6. Prepare for long term housing and complete another assessment.
7. Graduate and prepare for your apartment or rental house. You will receive great gifts to help you in your first month.

The program may be altered and discussed with each participant as needed. We will work hand in hand to ensure you are on the right track. Our goal is to ensure your success and your path to self-sufficiency. We require a minimum of $65 to enter the program. This helps with the programming of the shelter and the funds are tax-exempt.

All shelter vacancies are based on availability.
