Food & Beverage Program
Hunger can influence individuals from varying backgrounds. Numerous Georgians are one occupation misfortune or clinical emergency away from food uncertainty – yet a few people, including youngsters and seniors, might be at more serious danger of yearning than others. Able Housing Services Corp is attempting to give Food and every day nourishing items in the communities of Georgia.
All recipients will be able to enjoy food and beverages with us. Recipients are able to select their items and enjoy a balanced meal and be hydrated.
Medical Relief (COVID-19)
The COVID-19 pandemic denotes a phenomenal time in present day history that will require the best of mankind to survive. This emergency compromises everybody’s lifestyle, except it is particularly hard for individuals who are as of now powerless, incorporating those with previous ailments, Starving and Hungry people, more established grown-ups, people encountering vagrancy, wage laborers, and those with resolute employments. As the world spotlights on forestalling the spread of COVID-19. Able Housing Services Corp is working efforts to help communities in this pandemic with fundamental services of life.
We will supply PPE, hand sanitizers, and gloves. Perform basic health assessments. Temperature, pulse, blood pressure checks, and basic health questionnaire.
Housing Program
For the unsheltered: Continuum of Care and Coordinated Entry Program. This program is designed to assess and track those who need immediate shelter. Hours of Operation are 24/7 for intake. Outreach and Placement is from M-S – 9a-3p
Transitional Housing: This program is designed for individuals who are leaving addiction centers, foster homes, extended stays, and other temporary housing.
Short Term Housing: This program is for at risk youth, teens, runaways, alien and foreign children.
Permanent Housing: This program is for individuals and families who are working a minimum of 37.5 hours per week and need affordable living arrangements.
Housing Referrals: We will put you on a waiting list if there are no housing available and refer out housing to other agencies.
Recipient Education Program
The R.E.P. provides the following items: hygiene kits, water, phone, clothing closet, storage lockers, and public toilets. We link the recipients to the following resources:
- Reunification opportunities
- Mental health services
- Substance abuse services
- Employment services
- Housing services
- Veterans’ services (via Atlanta VA Medical Center, upcoming)
